I would like to introduce a product to Odwalla without getting my idea stolen by them. My product hasn't been patented. It's been around the asian market but not to the American consumers. Would anyone have an idea about how I should go about it?

Speak politely and make sure he likes the product to introduce to him

I work with an inventor and we have every one of our products patented. It is a very simple process. And if you do not patent it you definitely risk it being stolen by Odwalla or someone else if they like it. If the ingredients are the same as the one in the Asian Market, you could be accused of patent infringement yourself. However before you spend money on your product I would do a prior arts search, which you can do through the United States Patent Office online. If your product is not patented you should consider it. However you can also go directly to Odwalla and ask them if they have a research and development department...and if they do you could tell them that you want to introduce a product but you need a confidentiality agreement to protect your idea...but I must caution you that without a patent or a patent pending filing you have no protection against infringement.
