I wish I had your problem. Sit on your butt, don't do any exercise and eat throughout the day. Eating right before bed is a good time. Trust me, you'll gain weight quickly. If you don't, I hate you!

being naturally curvaceous, and always a size 10-12 (American 6-8) I have always battled to keep the weight off! The worst thing to do is to eat all of the junk food - fast food (burgers etc), chocolate, crisps (chips) and fizzy drinks. Sure you may gain but it will be in all the bad places and your health, skin, hair and nail qualities will decrease.
The best thing to do is eat cardohydrates. These are the overweights enemy! The trick is to eat the 'rgiht' carbs. All of the above foods contain them, but beware! Dont go overboard, but do treat yourself! What girl can live without chocolate~!?

Foods such as pasta, bread, cheese and eggs all contain carbs so a great way is to eat omellettes for brekkie, a lovely healthy tuna and sweetcorn baguette for lunch and a nice pasta dish for dinner.
If you eat past 8pm this is when your metabolism is slower, especially just before bed as the body slows down and so the food is not broken down as quickly, thus gaining weight.
Other great foods to help you gain are lean meats and chicken, egg whites, tuna fish, oatmeal, brown rice, healthy fats found in nuts, salad oils, vegetables and whole grains. Try to increase your daily calories by about 500 calories over what you are eating now. You must however watch that you do not gain, and it just sit as fat. I guess you aim is a lovely curvaceous hour glass figure which is toned. To acheive this avoid cardiovascular excercises such as running, cycling as whilst these improve muscle tone in your legs, you will loose weight.
Weight training is great as it will help turn all those lovely carbs to toned muscle. To get some shape do the chest press to build up your pectoral muscles (boobs!) and take an excercise ball, place it against a wall at the level of your lower back and hold two dumbell weights and squat down, hold for two seconds and rise. Do four sets of 10-12 daily (if you are able to do more than this the excercise is too easy.) This will firm up your gleuteus maximus, or bum muscles and increase shape!
The key to gaining muscle and not fat is to exercise to stimulate your muscles, then eat the foods that the muscles need to rebuild themselves.
Swimming is another great activity.
Failing that they actually sell knickers with implants in to increase shape, and a wonderbra!!!
Hope it helps!
