Why are men so shallow minded?

I hear men whine all the time" I CANT FIND A GOOD WOMEN", when their so shallow that they pass up good women just because of their looks(who have a great personality) and they go for women who are pretty and have the Barbie doll shape but have nothing going for them expect looks!! So men stop whining about not finding a good woman, because it’s really your on fault!! If u weren’t so shallow maybe u would find one!! Anyone agrees or disagree?

Sorry it goes both ways. Just like men, women are very much the same. You can't lump all the men into being shallow when so many women act the same way.
For a meaningful relationship, attraction is a huge part of it . You just can't fall in love with someone your not attracted to, even though they have a great personality. You have to have both and what one person finds attractive another one finds repulsive so each to their own.

First, Barbie is only a toy of fantasy and not reality. The confusion of the two is insanity. All men cannot be judged for the error of society. Look at the media representing living beings. They are promoting this type of females to men. How many are punished for not being thin enough by employers in the entertainment industry? Barbie has nothing to do with it in my opinion to the level of influence of porn, actresses, or models. Their male parent, guardian, or peer instructs and criticizes females that do not fit their image. From generation to generation, the unrealistic image of female beauty with its unreasonable expectations are passed down.

Sorry, but I just gotta disagree. I don't think that being shallow is a man or woman thing, it's universal. Females can be just as shallows as males. What about women that only date guys for their money?

There are men and women who are shallow, and there are men and women who are not shallow. Gender does not matter.

There are an equal if not greater number of women who are equally as shallow minded. They are the ones who see social acceptance through the eyes of others and transfer that IL begotten notion to the men they date as well. Those are the girls that are attracted to the "Bad Boys", the "Rich" ones, the ones they think will gain them more acceptance and maybe even some social jealousy from their friends.

I think women are more guilty of this then men are. We are all into looks, especially men. That's the way it is, that's the way we are made. Most men are not after a serious relationship so looks are more important for a short term relationship. I don't actually agree with your statement either; I don't think men complain

Uh... you have a point of view dont you? Guys like the barbie doll look cause they have been attracted to it and told that is what is beautiful by the media and everything else since they were young. They usually like beauty over brains. I like the combination of both.

sorry i found a fabulous lady shes is smart determined strong intelligent funny and i think she is also gorgeous and i do appreciate her care for her and she feels the same about me so i am very blessed
