Hi. I've been using for a while a total health and wellness system, which has very low calorie meal replacement shakes, yet still have all the nutrients your body needs. You dont have unhealthy cravings b/c your body is satisfied, and it is low calorie so you can easily drop weight if you'd like. I swear by this system and have been on it for over a year. the trick isn't low calories... calories are the fuel that the food produces to give you energy and make you feel full. stay away from high carb intake which only makes you feel more hungry and is immediately turned into stored fat energy. example... ever notice how you can eat more at a fast food restaurant like McDonald's??? the caffeine gives you hunger and the carbs don't actually give you energy now..they are just stored for later (as if you would go days without food or something) to jump start your calorie burning try eating something small within 20 Min of waking up and have many small meals through the day as opposed to eating heavy ( gorging) 3 times a day. you don't have to be completely full knowing you can eat again in a couple hours. and actually lose or maintain a good weight

Fruits and Veggie are always good, although stay away from bananas (they have a high sugar content). Shrimp, Sea Bass, Cod & Lobster are great if you want something more filling.

fruits and vegetables!!! Natural stuff doesn't have labels telling you how many calories they contain because they have fewer than most other food! Eat bananas, apples, pears, melon, watermelon!!! Very filling and delicious.
