Attachment is a funny thing - if you are around something long enough it beccomes a party of you; a part of your life, even if it is something bad. If you were in pain for a year straight and one day the pain suddenly went away, a part of you would think about the pain and feel like something was missing, even though it was something bad.
My point is that the longer you stay with this guy the harder it will be for you to let go; even if it is a bad relationship. Get out now, use your powers as a woman and go out and enjoy the multitudes of men who will ask you out. To succees you must stay busy and distracted!

To be having break ups and getting backs in a relationship makes it very unhealthy for both persons. It is natural that you feel that you need to cling on him, like any other person, you have feelings which grow and get you attached to him. How you express and describe this relationship, to me, it doesnt seem like real love at all! Because you are dealing with him for one year, you have learnt many things about him, either that you like or you hate. Dealing with him becomes a habit, it is this HABIT that people like you confuse with real and pure love. It is not that you are in love with him and you will be like "oh my God! I will not get over him, it hurts so much!" Yes, I know it will hurt, it can hurt deeply but remember that if you stay with him, it will make your life unhealthier and that what hurts right now, will hurt even worse if you continue with him and try to break up with him later. The faster you break up, the better. It's all about a healing process, it will hurt, memories will stay there...but you will be living healthier!

Just let go. Move on. Stop yourself whenever you find that you're thinking of him. Train yourself to ignore and not acknowledge any thing that physically reminds him of you. Don't contact him. Find some hot male celeb to fawn over for a while. Remind yourself that you don't want to be in this position forever.

i have been in the problem so much with this one guy. What i did was just realize that i deserve better. and what i really wanted was someone who knew for sure what they wanted, and didn't change their mind every week.

my advice is this: tell him that you aren't gonna try to make it work if he doesn't know for sure that you are what he wants. if he keeps it up, just leave him for good, keep yourself from dating him again, and soon you'll find someone else to date, who will really want to be with you. Trust me, the right one WILL come along when you need him most
