Is it bad to go sleep late at night?

It depends on your age how many hours of sleep you need at night. The usually amount of sleep recommended is 8 hours at least. As a person gets older they may not need as much sleep. Maybe because they take naps in the day time. I think it depends on the person as well. I like to do most of my sleeping at night unless i am sick or something and have to grab a nap whenever i can manage. If you are working or going to school in the day time then you should try to go to bed about 9 pm.

you should get 8 hours sleep (7 minimum) so it depends on what time you wake up. Also you should try and go to bed at the same time each night.

I would say 10 pm but i never quite make it as i am on here one day i am going to do it

It really depends on what time you need to get up, but I would say 9 would be the best.

it's up to you, keep it routine though, dont go to sleep 10pm one night then 2am the next
