Im 17 years old and my weight is like 120 or a little more. But i want to be more toned and i want to know some of the best exercises, i want to look really tone and skinny this summer.

I agree with the other guy, you dont need to be too concerned. But your ideal weight range also depends on your height. Don't worry too much about your diet (you're 17!), unless you eat mcd's and red meat every day. Just eat lots of vegetables, fruit, whole wheat protein (think chicken, fish, tofu, turkey, etc)- and dont forget carbs & calories. If you dont get them, it doesnt matter how much you work out, your body will store every ounce of fat it can!

Pilates is a great way to tone your body and get leaner muscles. Just remember to stay active. Join a sports team or go running/jogging. It's a great way to get in shape. It all depends on what you like.

Don't be crazy.

If you are 17 and weigh 120, you don't need a diet.

If you want to bulk up a bit, try eating lots of protein, but be sure to do lots of exercise at the same time...

ur 17 and 120 and u want a diet? u dont need one, infact u can even afford to gain a few pounds and ud still look totally ok
