18 is no longer a minor like people said, It's illegal if you get into sexual activites, but not illegal if you just go talk, so If you do go talk, make sure her parents know what you all are doing, at least most of the time.

You don't get in trouble until you start dating her. It's a illegal for an adult to date a minor, or anyone under the age of 18...
But if you two go to the same school, (I'm guessing high school), then the age difference must not be that much. Technically it's still illegal, but if the age difference is not more than a year and a half or two years, then you shouldn't have to worry about it..

Well if you are 18, Then you better not go near this girl's house. Because you can go to jail. But I have two daughters, And if you where asking me as a Father I would tell you not to worrier so much about if they are minors or not. You should be more worried about your life, And dealing with me as a father.

anyone under 18 is a minor. And if you are older than 18, you shouldn't go to her house unless her parents know you and are home when you go. Otherwise you can get in trouble.

First, you didn't mention your age. Second, there is a difference between the age of when a person is considered an adult (usually 18) and the age of sexual consent (usually 16-18). I would be careful though. Hopefully you're not in it for the sex and really in fact care about her ... hopefully. If all you're in it for is just sex, then lay off.

she'll be a minor til' she's 18. if you decide to have sex with her you will be totally ****** if she ever gets mad at you or her parents find out (they can press charges too). imagine going to jail and being labeled a rapist just because you are the older of two people having sex! go find an older girl and stay away from the tempation of this 16 year old

18 in some states and 21 in others. 16 is not of age. 16 is to young for an adult man even if you are only 21.

if your under 18 and roughly her age thats totally cool. Once you hit that 18 mark you screwed. 18yrs of age is considered adulthood!
