I use them too. The gel just comes off the strips when you take them off your teeth. Rinse it off. There's no need to keep it on since you have already had the strips on for the suggested amount of time. Just be careful because using whitening products too often or too long can begin to make your teeth really sensitive because they eat away at the enamel on your teeth.

Yes crest white strips actually work. I use to smoke before and my teeth were all yellow. After i used them my teeth became so much more white, like glow in the dark white. I also got them from free because I found this link. All I had to do was enter my email address in and I got them for free. The link is http://urlx.org/directtrack.com/94d87 if your interested. Sometimes there was jel left but yes all u have to do is rinse it out.

the rationalization you do not brush before is that toothpaste leaves flouride on your tooth, which interferes with the whitening gel. After the strips have been taken off, the 'stuff' you experience is the whitening compound sticking on your tooth. the quicker you sweep, the fewer time you truthfully spend whitening. somewhat, the whitening starts off once you place the strips on, and prevents once you sweep your tooth, or the whitening gel turns into the proscribing reagent and the reaction stops (the gel on your tooth gets used up).

Rinse it. Its doing its job while the strips are on. Be careful with those, its peroxide gel and can irritate your stomach if you're prone to acid reflux.

Yes..That's what makes it white. But I heard that stuff breaks down the enamel. I would stop using them if I were you and go to the dentist to get your teeth white.
