While there is a specific height - weight chart, I think that you need to think instead about the percentage of your body weight is made up of fat to determine your fitness level.

There are a million different things about your body that could influence whether or not the height - weight chart is best for you (things like the size of you bones, etc), but simply knowing your fat percentage is a more accurate way to determine what the best weight is for you.

Honey please do not listen to what people say or think you should weigh, there could be 20 thirteen year old girls standing in a line that all look the same but are different weights, it all depends on your frame, your bone structure and your body build, as long as you are healthy and happy with your weight you don't need to worry, also remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are athletic at all you probally will weigh a little bit more!! keep a healthy self image!! A good weight for a woman who is 5'5", as am I, would be around 130lbs. If you have a larger frame you can carry more weight and still look good (healthy)....if you have a larger frame and weigh around 115 you will look way too thin, anorexic looking. I hope this helps! Good Luck!

I'm 13 and about 5'5" and I weigh about 111 pounds.
And I think thats ok.
Not to skinny not to big.
I'm inbetween, even tho my sister bugs me on my gut =P.
It keeps me warm haha.

130 is a normal weight for a 13 year old girl

If you have a small frame, you should weigh 134-140
If you have a medium frame, you should weigh 137-148
If you have a large frame, you should weigh 144-160.

you do not need to weigh yourself you only need to look in the mirror to see if you are overweight are their lumps, if not don,t diet. everyone has individual bone size, experts do not take account of this. read allen carr,s easywiegh to lose weight its an international bestseller. he,s great.
