Really good question,and I for one know what you mean,The one thing to remember is, Why he is he your ( EX) ? There's a good reason for that - memory's may come and go,that's normal - and will pass with time,just give yourself that time !! This is so normal but why do you think about her or him, what do you feel you are missing out on, do you think about the memories that you shared or do you want him or her back?
What are you thinking about and why? Figure it out and you can start to solve it.

yeah totally normal. if you like your old ex, try to get back with him if you think it will work. if not, try to move on. do what you're doing and be grateful for who you have now in your life. if you can't be with the one you love, then love the one your with! love the one your with...

if he was your first love, yes its normal. I go through the same thing, and unfortunely compare...are you happy witht he new guy? Did you move on too quicky? Did it end poorly?

yea its normal...it takes me a long time to get over someone...some people say we never get over the people we used to love...just dont mix up their names :)
