A balanced diet. Fruit, Salad(no dressing) grilled chicken and fish, lots of water, fresh veggies and don't forget to take your vitamins! Don't try to much too soon and be patient miracles don't happen in a week!

Don't bother with acai berry, it's just another fad diet and the poster is likely a spam bot. Don't eat more than 1500 calories a day, exercise daily and avoid carbs. Keep in mind that exercise is mainly for keeping your metabolism up, it's way easier to just eat less than to work out constantly. It doesn't typically burn too many calories. The best exercises are cardio; running, cycling, etc. Don't bother with sit ups and push ups. Also, avoid liquid calories. Your body won't always recognize it and it will be digested very slowly.

eat healthy foods instead of junk. and a diet coke or pepsi or anything like that is no better than the regular. just drink water or juices that are all natural. vegetables and fruits are excellent to eat as well. also, come up with an exercise routine that you enjoy. personally i do DDR (dance dance revolution) it's the only way i actually enjoy exercising and it doesn't feel like exercising.

You want to lose weight, not wait. There is no quick solution. You must find time for more exercise, even a little each day, and cut down on sugar and portion sizes. Good luck!!

well i tried to eat green apples every meal. Three times a day in the morning, lunch and dinner eat 2 apples so 6 apples a day. And if you can for a faster resault jump 100 times wih a rope every day at the same time every day.
for me it worked i hope it works for you to.
