Different people have different opinions.In my case when I wore the veil the men in my family were very upset and tried to convince me to take it off ;but no one can force me to do anything; so I didnt take it off.
Now I am married to a wonderful supportive muslim man who stands by me and all my decisions.

very good question what everyone should know that Islam is not in wearing a veal i don't mean you don't have to wear it no you have to but you still can be a good Muslim women not wearing a veal its all in your heart and actions . lets say there is a woman wearing a veal but does not pray nor does she fast and another women not wearing a veal but prayes and fasts and is afraid of God respecting him in every action she makes is she considered bad only for not wearing a veal i don't think so

i knew unveilled women who acted better than who wore one. It's not by wear it's about act, i think that eventually they will wear one, even if it took them all their lives.Personally i treat both the same.
