Another waste of dough. About the only thing you can do to a V10 to get better performance and or mileage is improve the breathing, (better air filter system), and the exhaust, (headers, catback, etc.).
At that, the amount of real improvement won't recover the cost of the upgrade in your lifetime.
I added a K&N system and a full exhaust back from the exhaust manifold and improved the mielage from 10MPG to 11MPG. It ran a bit stronger, but I can't quantify that beyond a seat of the pants SWAG.

These "spacers" were used in Nascar as a restriction for Ford engines. The dealer has to put it on for the reason of Stock car racing.
I wish we could just do away with them and put high perf air filters instead.

every time you spot the be conscious "injected" - it is not a carburetor. while gas injection replaced into in its infancy, the throttle bodies have been designed to truly extra wholesome on the manifolds that have been already in production (making use of a carburetor) so even even with the indisputable fact that the set up seems comparable, the injected throttle physique automobile squirts gas under pressure into the intake air pass and the carburetter automobile makes use of the air pass to tug gas from a reservoir (bowl) because it squeezes thorough the venturi and reasons a decrease tension than the gas reservoir.
