As soon as you feel up to it and as long as you're not running a temp. I'd take things easy though. Don't push yourself.

Well I really doubt your getting sick is from doing crunches, I mean think about it, if it made people sick then why does society praise exercise so much?! Don't be scared to try it again. Anything could have made you sick, to the water you drank to a stranger on the street who may have transmitted it to you. The best way to avoid getting sick is to take your daily vitamins, and don't be afraid to exercise!

i had a stomach flu i would say wait 3-5 days
it really doesn't take that long

as soon as you feel like it,,exercising does not do any damage after or during stomach flu !!

In addition to what margarita said, I would also say to make sure to keep yourself well hydrated, you're just getting over a dehydrating illness.
