Look I don't want any qoutes from any holy book... I believe that we are all in a way sons and daughters of God... Don't we all share the spirit of God? When a christian is saying Jesus was son of God S/HE IS NOT SAYING THAT GOD GAVE BIRTH (PHYSICALLY) TO JESUS... Jesus was born from the spirit of God from the virgion (NOTICE I SAY VERGION? ONE WHO IS VERGION IS PURE - HAD NO SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP) We don't say that Jesus was born from God or that God by any means had any kind of human like relationship with Merry... Does any Muslim who is reading this understand my point? If you do ... do you now understand what Christians mean when they call Jesus son of God?

A Muslim can understand what you mean by calling Jesus the son of God and still disagree with it. As can anyone of any other religion (or lack of)

Why do christians have a hard time believing that he is NOT the son of God, but merely a prophet of God? In the Islamic beliefs Jesus isn't the son of god, his birth is a miracle still, but a messenger sent to preach the belief and submission to ONE god with no children or partners. So why can't the christians understand that, instead of always bashing muslims and other people who don't believe he is the son of god?

Jesus is same like adam ... he was created by god without a father ... same was eve ..... do you consider them god son and daughter ?
Jesus was human he was a messenger from god same as all the messengers .....

Because of fear. They were raised to reject Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God, because that adds partners to God (is what they are taught). Also it says that in their Koran. This is one of the worst sins worthy of hell (to add partners to God).
To the Christian, It is the foundational belief that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God.
If a muslim would think. Why do they think the Holy Spirit couldn't create Jesus in the Womb of a virgin. Jesus was born of a virgin, conceived of the Holy Spirit. There was a conception there. Mary didn't lose her virginity though. Jesus was born without sin nature and Only Begotten Son of God. Jesus put on something new, humanity. But He is also the Word / Bread that came down from heaven.
In Genesis 3:15, it was prophecied that the seed of the woman (not seed of the man/ sperm) would defeat the snakes lies and win victory over death. (The wages of sin is death.) The virgin birth is prophecy fulfilled. Jesus was born without the sin nature like the first Adam before the fall. He was tempted like the first Adam, yet didn't sin.
Muslims believe in the virgin birth but not the Father God. Jesus came from heaven to earth (The Word part of God) and put on humanity to win the victory over satan for us. We need to be born again spiritually after Jesus, accepting His victory over death when He raised from the dead.

I do understand.... but that then why do you single out,Jesus for?
Out of all the Prophets, why do you Christians label him as the son of God? Why not Adam be the son of God? Or Moses? Or Abraham.....?
You people single him out of everyone, and labelled him son of God but no one else. Yet you say we 'all' are in a way 'sons and daughters of God' but why single out someone?
Why do you Christians have a hard time beliveing that Jesus was the Prophet of God, and that Prophet Muhammad was the best of Creations who was sent down the Revalation to....(The Qur'aan) Which is purely and divinely the Word of God?

We say that both Adam and Jesus are of the people of God. Also, when christians say, 'our father' that is understood by me and most to mean our creator. However, people at the time of Jesus did actually say 'son of God' and mean it due to the influence of the Romans. The whole issue is discussed beutifully in the Gospel Of Barnabas (read it!). To us, God is supreme and cannot be compared to his creation. Their is nothing that you can imagine that can encompass God. God is more than your imagination, more than his creation. Nothing in this material world can grasp the true nature of God, other than the good that we commit. In Islam God has 99 names, each of which by itself and in its entirety cannot be achieved by humans eg; Mercy. You can be merciful, we all can be, yet we cannot encompass that word and be so merciful that it embodies us and is us at all times in our whole life. Only God can be. and God has no need for sons or daughters, just as Adam wasn't his son but his creation. Just as Jesus is his creation.

Because God has no children...God when he created prophet Adam ...he created him to be khalifa...and we all are the sons and daughters of prophet Adam and Eve....and Jesus was born from spirit yes...but why he weill be the son of God??...Doesn't God have the power to make a virgin woman has a baby without a man touching her??...doesn't God have the power to make anything ??...so it isnot difficult for God to make a baby born from virgin woman without being his son.... Prophet Moses talked to God and heart his voice...Jesus didn't have this mircale and even you say he is his son how come??

actually you need to get your religion straight. THEY ACTUALLY THINK JESUS IS GOD'S SON!!!! they think that he has gods powers and everything else. If they believed it the way you think, why do they make such a big deal of the son of God thing? if, as you say, we are all son's and daughters of God. why do they make such a big deal out of Jesus having the same trait as the rest of us?
It is because they think that God, and I quote, "Gave us his one and only son, to sacrifice and forgive all our sins." this is the one thing i have heard form EVERY SINGLE CHRISTIAN i have ever met.
(check out John 3:16)

Because God says he has no begotten son. And he tells us that Jesus was a prophet. I think i'll be taking Gods word over anyone else's if you dont mind!
