Most barbers have thinning shears.
Thinning shears/texterizing shears, can thin your hair, but they also cause you hair to appear more "poofy", when you thin/cut the hair, the new shorter hairs act as a lifter for the other hair that wasnt thinned, therefore giving a fuller appearance. Not all thining is good, as it does still grow out and you will have different length hair, but if you where your hair short, this shouldnt cause a problem.

All barbers I know have them. And this will make your hair grow back thicker.I would suggest going to a hair salon there better at the thinning shears than the barber. The barbers always seem to get shear happy.

Usually when I go to a male barber they never use this but when I go to a female they have it and sometimes they will use it to blend two lengths together.
I've never heard of anybody being charged extra for it.
It just cuts the hair into random lengths to blend hair better and thin it out. Once in the blades half of the hair is cut and the other half is not so if you randomly cut with it near the tips it fades in length.

As a expert stylist, decrease priced shears is a vast nono! you will hit upon expert manufacturers which furnish student shears which will fee much less with out dropping the wide-unfold you desire and desire. i'm in my opinion keen on Saki Hair Shears which could be offered on line.

Yeah they usually should. It's mainly used help out guys with thick hair to lay down better, and also for texturing for better styling. There is no extra cost to it you just have to ask. It's part comb/scissors.
