What should I do, if I already pay to a private agent for US Green Card Lottery, such as USGCRS? Do you think they really submit the registration for me? I didn't know the official website when I paid to USGCRS, and I paid already for 10 years. Do I need to submit my own registration in the next DV-Lottery? I'm afraid that I will make double registration that will cause me a disqualification. Any suggestions?

www.dvlottery.state.gov This is the official website for the greencard lottery and its free to register every year. If both you and the agency submit your registration you might get disqualified. Write to the agency and see if they offer a refund?

You can try asking the Immigration Service if they have had complaints about that particular group. The immigration service does tell you to apply directly because there are fraudulent sites out there, but I don't know which ones they are. You can also ask them about the double registration issue.

these agents are scammers. there is no reason why you need to use an agent for the lottery. they make ridiculous promises. you have the same chance to win this lottery with or without a LEGITIMATE agent.
try to do it on your own and not thru a scammer agent
