... (and she deserves the trust) How would you be ok with her moving in with 2 guys?

(The reasons she needs to move to that place have to do with cost and location; she has NO interest in either of the other roommates!)

Yes. Roommates are just that roommates.

So if he moved in with two girls would you be OK with it? Just asking.
