thought it was called NHS 24. Call that.
Also, go online and check symptoms for meningitis - that's probably your main (though not particularly likely) worry. If that's a possible, get doc straight away.
Much more probable is food poisoning or a common-or-garden boke bug. Those can be spectacularly unpleasant; like being disembowled by alien scientists. If it calms down after half a day or so of sheer unadulterated hell, that's probably what it was. If it lasts longer, doc.
Paracetamol and ibrupofen. If liquids will stay down, liquids. The Brazilian treatment is 1tsp salt + 4 tsp sugar in a glass of water.

Its probably gastric flu, my family and I all had it for christmas. Lasts about 24 hours at its worst then eases off. Goes away in about a week. If he can't eat or drink owt after 48 hours or so, or the fever doesn't go, get a doc. Tell him to just drink bits of water til the vomiting stops.

get him to take some ibuprofen, which will help with all his aches and pains, and the fever. make sure he drinks plenty of water, and maybe a bath would also help with the pains. it sounds like he has a bad dose of flu, but if it doesn't improve in the next 48 hours, or if he gets worse, get him to the doctors. at the moment though, the best things he can do is get plenty of rest and sleep.

Take him to the hospital (a & e) or even better call the ambulance, so he is seen to quickly, I think it's best that he is seen to as soon as possible, rather than waiting ages in the a & e department. It could be a number of things really, it's best to get him examined so you cab get a professional diagnosis.
Take care, all the best hun.

Go to your nearest hospital. Is that building with the big A&E sign on the front, where all the ambulances hang out.

Could be thrombo.... could be, but do not theorise. If he is not coherent you need to take action phone contact his next of kin/parents to advise. If he does need hospital treatment only the next of kin can give permission for treatment if he is unable to say what treatment he wants. Do it now do not waitI
