I think Salvation Army takes them. Call around your local charities and see if they can give you a few suggestions.

Everytime someone in my family buys new spex we donate the old ones at the eye doctor's. we do the same with cell phones.

Go to any eye doctor's office. They will tell you or perhaps take them from you and do the needful.

spec savers have recycling containers in their stores. i recycled mine back in July.
