Some girls do notice looks at first, but truthfully I think a friendly personality - a sense of humor and kindness/genuineness are important !
When you approach a girl, don't panic - just think about getting to know them in a friendly way. Like a girl in your class - you could talk about what you have in common - your teacher, the homework, the subject , etc.
Someone once told me having a conversation with someone is like playing catch with them - you have the ball, you toss it to them, they throw it back and on it goes until the game (conversation) is over. Does that help?

i think so . you have friends you they come over to visit you let your brother get in on the fun . start small just you him and one or two of your friends then build up until this lucky boy will be in a room full of girls talking and having a blast. now i think your brother is younger then you no problem some of your friends have sisters his age bingo put it together real casual so relaxed he wont even know nor will the girl know this is all part of a introdution and hopefull a route to the secret world of girl talk all boys want to get find out about.

Tell him to forget they are girls for a while. Most young men screw up talking to girls because they can't get out of their heads that they are talking to a girl. Tell him to talk to the wonderful "person" in front of him without regard to the fact that it's a girl and he may want to have s*x with ehr some day.

Tell him to just be yourself...they are only girls after all, not aliens from another world.
Also tell him to try to just be friends and stop trying to impress every girl he sees...the right one will come along when it is time...
