Its just ur subconsious alerting you of unfulfilled fantasies of your youth. Probably caused by stress, excitement, or worry.

I got married in September and went through the exact same thing. Dreams of ex-boyfriends, dreams of ex-hook-ups, dreams about all kinds of crazy things. It really is just your subconscious trying to work through a very big step. I didn't have a single second-thought by the time I got to the altar... just take deep breaths and remember all of the little reasons why you love your fiance. It's just life's little game. You are regressing a bit in your subconscious because marriage is a HUGE step - trust me I know. It doesn't mean you shouldn't get married or that you want other men, it's just your unconscious mind's way of releasing stress that your conscious mind wasn't even aware you have. you are probably just nervous.. i have found that dreams make it possible for me to think about stuff thats in the back of my mind.. it doesnt mean that you want your ex but maybe that youre just nervous.. it could also mean you dont think youve really found the right guy.. listen to your gut instinct
