I could get a job in Japan with an american education or is there no way?

Depends on the current job market and the skills that you possess.

You could get a job in Japan if you had sufficient education. For example: a BA from a community college would gain employment making coffee in a fast food restaurant. A BS might provide for sufficient training to pump petrol.

Really though, an American college education from a good school is respected most anywhere.

You never know until you try. I would think it wouldn't be too easy because of the distance factor. Getting jobs in other states is hard so I imagine overseas is even harder. But Americans get jobs in Japan and other countries as well. Depending on your profession and the discrimination within it and/or Japan . . . you have just as much chance as a Japanese person coming to American seeking a job. Just depends on what you have to offer them and how determined you are to go there.
