- i'd say that that would want to genuinely be a wide threat. - a million give up growing to be bodily at around the age of 21. (searching on even if not u r a sluggish or a quickly bloomer.) - a million actually have a lot & a lot of little growing to be spurts (frequently a million grows an inch or so each and each month.) til about the age of 17 or 18. - a million also receives a wide growing to be spurt at around the age of 17 or 18. (that's at the same time as a million's body differences from being a gentle boy into turning out to be a gentle guy, & in the time of that degree on my own a million can improve everywhere from a million to 5 inches in top.) - +, countless the time a million continuously outgrow their dad through some inches. - so for now all u gotta do is be affected man or woman & wait. - u're turn will come ultimately resembling something else human beings. - basically time will tell.

That is below what is recommended by the national heart and lung association. A man 6'1" in the ages of 20-30's should weigh between 146-189. Additionally, it is unhealthy to let your weight yo-yo (increase and decrease). At least you're not overweight (189-226) --- or obeses (over 226).

Technically, at 140 you'd be out of range - below recomended weight by 5 pounds ... not extreem, but long term may lead to heart problems.

I don't think it would be a healthy choice if you dropped that much weight. If you are concerned I would definitely speak to your doctor, but at 6'1" and at 160 pounds you are already underweight for your height, dropping another 20 pounds might be a little too drastic.

NO! Good grief.

You should weigh between 160-174 lbs. So you are PERFECT.
