I have made a lot of potatoes with cheese, chicken and sour cream since Christmas. Do you have any other recipes that use Sour Cream?

Chicken enchiladas are a favorite. What about a good sour cream cake? Swedish meatballs/stroganoff, or maybe a sour cream fruit salad? 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 can pineapple, 1 cup sour cream, 1+ c coconut and a cup small marshmellows. Combine all together and chill.

Take some chicken tenders and rub on them a mixture of 1/2 cumin and 1/2 paprika. Saute in olive oil until they're done. Serve on lettuce with the sour cream to help remove the "heat".

OK, no potatoes. I put sour cream in dips, stroganoff, Swedish meatballs, or use as a topping for chili or enchiladas or quesadillas. A container of sour cream doesn't last long around here.

Saute in olive oil or some butter on low heat, some onions and garlic( if you have any, or just use some vegis you have on hand) till tender... add some cooked meat, whether shrimp, crab or chicken. Stir in enough sour cream to make it saucy, add salt and pepper.
Got this recipe from our French exchange student and we are now addicted to it. SO simple with minimal ingredients. Can change the vegis & herbs for different tastes.

I love peaches and cold sour cream. Mix sour cream with sliced strawberries, sliced banans & blueberries. It's a nice light meal.

I mix my left-over sour cream with some salsa. It makes a nice dip for veggies and also makes a nice topping for Burrittos.

Mix in some taco seasoning or onion soup mix for quick dips. The taco one can be spread on a platter & topped with chopped lettuce, diced tomato & onion, shredded cheese & sliced black olives for a great taco dip with tortilla chips!
