I met a lovely guy about a 2 months ago who seemed to really like me. It wasnt love at first sight for me but I did like him and wanted to give it a go. He lives quiet a bit away and was going home for xmas. Gave me his no before he went and asked me to txt him. The night he left I went to a party and met a guy who was absolutely gorgeous to me. It was love at first sight. I got talking to him and have met him several times in the last 3 weeks. I havent txt guy 1 all over xmas nd now guy 2 is starting to show his true colours and is playing games with my head already. Still I'd rather be with him. Why do I always go for the guy thats going to hurt me.

Its not that I dont know I'll get over guy 2 very quickly. I dont really know him afterall. But why cant I appreciate nice guys. Its as if I feel if they really like me theres something wrong with them. I know this is wrong but I cant help it and its recking my head.

I can't answer that question, actually i'm rather curious to hear the response of girls about why you go for the guy that will hurt you.
Naturally, and you know this, you should drop guy 2 and try to get together with guy 1.
After 21 years of dealing with girls the only conclusion I came up with is that you think that the guy that will hurt you is stronger then the guy that will care for you. So natural animal/human instinct would be to go with the stronger person, even though the thinking process is wrong.

Everyone does that, simply because despite the hurt that they cause, when they're around we forget all the bad times and remember the good times and just convince ourselves that they really aren't that bad and that they do love us really.
We lie to ourselves.
Now, nevermind how strong your feelings are for him, you need to get away now before the hurt he can cause can create mental difficulties.
And if you don't have any interest in the first guy then don't bother getting contact with him, just get away from them both and find someone different.

Because for some unknown reason you do not think you are worth the nice guy. If a bloke is playing games then run a mile - it doesn't make you worth something if you hang on to him and you try to change him. Start to belive that you are worth treating with respect (no i don't mean stamp your seet and demand it - just belive it) and the rest will follow naturally and you will find some one worthy of you.

Its a common fault, do`t judge a book by its cover. Guys + girls tend not to go for the ones who hold on until something better comes around. We all tend to go for the flashy ones. They rely on looks to carry the weight, thus lacking many missing ingredients needed to be a perfect mate. Not all are beautiful in and out.

Because you havnt grown up yet and realised that its the good, blokes that will treat you right........so,the new bloke is georgous ........ He also seems a bit of a prat!! 1st bloke, shall we say not so good looking, but with a really good nature!! Love at first sight with a total idiot, more fool you. Maybe the 1st guy deserves better!!!

Sounds like you are desperate for attention and will stick with what ever guy will give it to you. Try being single for a while and figuring out what YOU want in a relationship and then go for it and DON'T settle for anything less!!
