Water is your Savior
Drink Water. Hangovers are a result of dehydration, and you can avoid them by drinking a lot of water at the end of a heavy night. It’s easy to get home and crash right away, but the 30 seconds it takes you to get a couple of glasses of water in, will save you the following day.
Drinking water before and while drinking alcohol will help avoid the hangover. drink a little water between alcohol beverages and your problem disappears.
a good way to avoid hangovers and the best, is to maintain yourself drunk. ji ji ji. Just a joke.
Best Wishes

Well, out of personal experience, drinking water is a good thing, it can help alleviate a hangover, or avoid one, as I understand it, a hangover is mainly dehydration to a massive extent. Alcohol will remove the water from your system.. i forget the term. Most people that are drinking to get plowed don't like to do this, as it will lighten the buzz.

I recommend drinking water if you're drinking. If I'm going to get plowed, usually every other thing I drink is water and rarely do I get a hangover. (drinking higher quality booze also helps).

Water, juice, and non caffeinated clear sodas are recommended. Hangovers are caused by dehydration. Obviously your friends drank too much alcohol for the water to rehydrate them. They also probably lost fluids when they were getting sick all night. They are right about it not being the water that got them sick.

Water is probably the best thing to drink. Your friend was sick probably from alcohol poisoning. Water does indeed rehydrate your system, and if you want to stop drinking alcohol at a party, you can drink water, certainly.

Drinking water is very good for you. Alcohol dehydrates you while drinking. Water while drinking is best for you if can handle even more frequent trips to the bathroom. This will also help with a hangover.

Water is good when you're drunk. It definitely rehydrates. Dehydration is the primary cause of hangover.

Water is good for you. Alcohol dehydrates you. Unless you're out in the hot sun, I'd decide when you're done drinking alcohol to start drinking water....instead of drinking in between inbibements.

No. you have to drink the same amount of water or club soda as much beer ect. you drink. Mostly drink a beverage that is not of your likeing so you will only sip it and won't get drunk. And most likely you won't finish the beverage.

I don't know while your drinking--kind of crazy to do that--but the next morning water can make you drunk all over again!
