If you haven't recently been to the doctor for your annual physical exam, go soon and ask about your fatigue. It's probably nothing to worry about, but it can't hurt to check. In the meantime, make sure you're eating right and getting enough fluids. As someone mentioned, it could just be post-holiday blues or SAD. Go out and do something fun with friends, that may help. Take care.

First, you need to stop the caffeine. If you are eating properly, exercising and getting enough sleep and still feel you have low energy, get your blood checked. You might be anemic.

are you depressed about something? depression causes fatigue. also, it could be that you are sleeping too much.. when i sleep for too long i feel much more tired through out the day than i do when i only sleep for about 6 hours. the more you sleep, the more your body wants to keep sleeping. try getting an earlier start to your day and see what happens!

it could be a result of thyroid problems. You should look into it, but the chances are pretty small.
