Yes, he probably likes you...but the only way to know for sure is to go up and talk to him.

It is a start. Just make some small talk with him and decide if you want to pursue it. Doesn't hurt to try. Start off the New Year right.

I think that there is potential there...if he is saying HI and starring at you then maybe you should talk to him...the last thing you want is for him to be confronted by someone else and then you miss out on your chance to be with him...just go up to him and say Hi then see if he wants to hang out sometime...go to a movie or fast food or something fun...

well it means he is probably thinking about it. So it's a good sign that he is showing some intrest.
I wouldn't arrive to any conclusions yet though, if he asks you out then you should be fine
Just take it easy, you sound kind of desperate about this, don't scare him off with that.

he likes the fact that you like him and it seems he likes you to or he wouldnt give you the time of day to say hi . he likes you just go with it dont come on to strong or you will end up pushing him away from you .

well if he is just saying hey 2 u when his friends arent around then i personally think that u need to forget him because if a guy really liked you then he wont care wat others think
