My puppy before he was totally trained did quite the number on my carpet. I used doap and water then lysol wipes, and it still is kinda stinky.. Any ideas on couch and floor cleaning?

you need to use a cleaner that breaks down enzymes, not a regularly household cleaner that picks up visible stains... I use Orange TKO for everything and it's safe for pets and smells nice but it's not available at stores so I order it via the web. Something available at most pet stores is Nature's Miracle..make sure you get the dog formula...

Since these are old stains and odors..soak "icky" areas and let sit for a while before trying to soak up cleaning liquid. Best to have a shampooer or wet/dry vac handy to help soak up liquids... I have an upright Hoover Steam Vac...best investment for keeping my house clean since getting the dogs.

with Oxy clean, just go to a supermarket and get some, disolve a bit with water put it on top for a while, and you will see that your carpet will look as good as new.
