Let me get this straight. You think she's purposely avoiding you because you think she thinks you're another person?
Cats are funny creatures, I know, as we have 10 of them. They can be very loving and clingy one moment, then aloof the next. Don't know why, they just are. I have one at my foot right now who won't let me pick him up, but when I sit in front of computer, he won't leave me alone.
go figure...

if she doesn't realize you are you then how does she know she loves you when you are not who she thinks you are?
(oh how complicated life with cats can be!)
just relax and when she gets to know all of your complex sides, she'll recognize you and come to you... until you introduce another personality unknown to her and then she'll wind up not knowing you all over again and run from the stranger you portray to her
(see how complicated cats can be?)
