HELP! Mac users how do i change a template in iwork 06 pages.?

I'm trying to raise the top of a text box, but it is part of a template i originally used and it won't let me change the parameters. Can you help?

You can't change the parameters of a template without tweaking the setup and up to now nobody seems to have found the way or necessity to do so. Why not just make your own template and save it as stationery.
