The best treatment for some is Seroqueal. It treats almost all the symptoms expcept those people who have it very badly. It is one pill and its all you need. My cousin was taking 5+ pills a day until they put her on this one and it is great, controls all the symptoms and its like 1 pill twice a day...

There is no way to cure it only treat it =(

You couldn't be cured with dozens of drugs - there is no cure. If it could be cured with something as simple as popping loads of drugs I'd be first in the queue.

There is no cure short of (maybe) lobotomy. Not even drugs. Drugs only treat Schizophrenia.

schizotypal personality disorders are somewhat resistant to therapeutic interventions, most subtypes of schizophrenic have physiological etiology and can only be treated symptomatically with medication. So the voices you hear that tell you to stop taking medication should not be listened to..

Yes exactly. Medication and therapy is the only way to HELP schizophrenia, not cure it :(
