Westie's are noutorious for having skin allergies and other skin related problems, so I suggest seeing a vet. It usually is a good sign it is allergies if chewing at feet (contact allergy), the sooner you get it sorted the better as, as she chews she is causing other problems and may end up with secondary staph or malassesia infections.

Our dog had exactly the same symptoms. We took her to the vets and was horrified when the Vet asked if there was a possibility she had Fleas. He put the comb through anyway, and found nothing, thankfully he put it through again and, although not many could be found on her SHE HAD FLEAS. He said that it was common for dogs to be allergic to the bite so much that they get bad skin. Since we have had to double dose her on Flea drops. We were treating her before, but we need to do every month now.
Or it could be your dog has Eczema. It is common in little dogs especially Westies.

My dog has the same problem as he is also a westie. My vet told me the same that it was natural for a Westie to chew their paws.

Food allergy. Did you just change her diet? Or give some new snacks? Come to think of it, my customer's westie also has this problem.
He soaks the paws in iodine solution everyday. He said it helps alot.

To stop him cocking his leg up against the wall you need to get him neutured. Not sure you can successfully stop the puppy from scratching the wall paper off the wall. He's a puppy and that is a puppy thing. All you can do when you catch him doing it is to tap his paws gently (don't hit him) and say no and show him the wall and say no again. He will eventually get the message. Puppies don't like you to be upset with them and want to please you, so he will eventually learn. Unfortunately, they usually scratch your walls and rip things up when you are not there because they get bored.

Perhaps a good bath with mild soap may stop the scratching. As for chewing her paws, maybe her claws need cutting.

put flea powder on it lol. No seriously it sounds like she has caught a skin infection from somewhere, it could be just a simple infection or it could be mange which is very dangerous to dogs and kill them, I would guess it will be just mites on her skin but anyway you should get her to the vets asap. Hope you get it sorted babe.

Smurf is right on this one. It sounds like she has allergies. Take her to the vet to find out the best way to treat her and protect her from getting infections in her wounds.
