Usually ZABASEARCH is pretty good. He was not found with it though. He is also not found in the LDS Family Search.
Zabasearch uses previous phone listings as it's main source of information, and LDS Family Search uses SSA Death Records. Here are some other places you can look too.

I don't have one, but you can check for $20 on zabasearch.com. It checks public records for the person you give them. The info can be outdated at times, but it gives a good idea where he has been. And if you know where he has been to highschool, you can try classmates.com and try there.
