Just tell him you don't like him and your not intrested in anything with him.

It sounds mean but if you put it any other way he could probably take it as a maybe instead of a no, and continue to bug you until you snap and yell at him, which then yes, that would be mean.

So a good solid "No" is the best answer!

Just say, "Nothing personal, but I am not interested". He will be hurt. There is no easy and painless way of rejecting him. Unless he is immature or a headcase, he will get over it in time.

Tell them how great they are, how smart, good-looking and charming they are and just tell them in a straight but friendly way that it's not going to happen. They'll feel rejected (there's no avoiding that) but they'll also feel that since this cool chick thinks they're great, smart, good-looking and charming, their chances with other girls can't be that bad... And off he goes with his "almost got her (but who cares I'm hot and I don't care!)" sticker.

(If he cries, take it all back and tell him he's a loser.)

HONESTY!! it may hurt him at the time but he'll appreciate it in the end because you're hurting him worse if you lie to him and he finds out about it and eventually he will so try the truth it'll be better in the long run

Just be honest, but in the nicest way possibly. Tell him you think he is nice but you just don't think of him in that way.

Be direct
Be straight forward.
Be polite but firm.
There is no real nice way, but it is the best way. He may not like it, but he'll respect it.

If he has your number already, ignore his calls.
If you work with him, act too busy.
If he is a friend tell him you see him as just a friend or a brother.
If you dont have contact with him, forget the whole situation.

Tell him you're kind of seeing/talking to someone and you want to give it a chance. Then tell him, maybe some other time.

Just be honest.

Nothing more...

Nothing less...

At least you told the truth, and it's up to him to accept it or not because it would no longer be a concern of yours.
