i have a really close guy friend from high school. i really like him, but i dont know if he likes me. before xmas break he asked for my number, and i gave it to him, but he never called. i am going to see him tomorrow, but i dont know if i should say anything about it.

Just meet him and be yourself. If he does not get to the topic about his feelings for you, then you can tell him.

Don't say anything. If he has an interest in you he'll call. If he hasn't by now he probably won't he probably already has a g/f. He maybe trying to find somebody on the side. He sounds like bad news to me.

Could be he just lost his nerve? That he is uncertain, if you WANT him to call, let him know it! And the other thing, if he calls will he get you or will the call be screened by some other person like an unapproving parent or sibling?
