I live a little south of Los Angeles in California.
January 25th marks my half birthday (July 25th is real bday)
I will be 15 and a half.
What do i have to do to get a driving learners permit?

Call the DMV where you live. They will be glad to list the rules and requirements. Have a pen handy... every detail is vital. It always sucks going down there and not having some little paper or thing with you that they told you ya needed. Good luck!

Call the DMV of your state and see what the age is, then you need to get a booklet, study and take a test they will probably need 2 proofs of Id but call them and make sure what they need exactly every state is different

Drivers ed is the easiest way to do it.
