well not eating will give you a headache. plus if you want to lose some weight, not eating/starving yourself isnt going to work. Try eating smaller portions of more healthier foods. QUIT starving yourself!!! Oh yeah and hot water will make you dizzy if your hungry too.

You will definately get a headache from not eating enough!!! Your brain needs sugars and carbohydrates to function. You are probibly getting this headache because your blood sugar is low. NOT GOOD. If you want to lose weight just eat right. If you are getting a headache during the day, eat an apple, or an orange, they will both help to bring your blood sugar up. Once your body starts getting what it needs to work appropriately your headache should resolve.

Yes eating will probably help but more importantly you may be dehydrated. Drink lots of water. Being even slightly dehydrated will cause an awful headache. But don't starve yourself you will have more than a headache. The hottub probably made you sweat alot and therefore depleted your water. Drink Drink Drink

Not eating a lot is not going to help keep your weight down. Small regular meals are best. Eat enough to keep you going, not to feel full and make sure you drink lots of water. Not sugary drinks. They could contribute to headaches.

The headache is probably from lack of food. It could be low blood sugar or dehydration. It's ok to eat, you know, just eat healthy foods.

You had a bowl of mini raviolis for breakfast? lol It does sound like alot.. maybe go for a walk or something if you feel up to it. I think medicine has calories, but very little because there so small. lol I had a tastycake for breakfast too, so I guess i'll go for a walk to :p

you should probably get some tylenol or advil and maybe staying away from the computer for a while can help,also a really hot shower can relieve any tension that you may have and try to clear your mind hope you feel better
