I try to find out who reports my legitimate questions, and then I report all of theirs.

Interesting that you should ask ! I just got reported. I know it was cuz the questioner disliked my answer, she said it was,"Neither a question or an answer" I answered the Idiot !
I said that I didn't know if The Presidents Father was proud of him, but that I was. She obviously didn't like my Support for our President, so she made up a complaint. I may return the favor one day.
Now, to your question: I ONLY Report questions I find Offensive. I would never report someone just cuz I disagreed with them, and not just because they don't make sense.

Although I may disagree with many questions on here and wonder what planet some come from, I will not report any question or answer because to do so violates the 1st amendment of the US Constitution of freedom of speech.
The Yahoo answers team is totally in violation of the 1st amendment rights of freedom of speech on an open forum such as yahoo answers by removing any question, answer, or person because the team does not agree with the content of the question or answers given.
NOTE:
Well YA team has done it again...removed a question because they do not like the content...YA team you need to obey the constitution of your United States and not censer free speech!
If I don't care for the question I just pass it by...

I only report spam, like the 9/11 jerks, and gross avatars. Breasts don't bother me but I am not interested in a picture of a clitoris.

I usually only report something if it has nothing to do with the category, or it's not a question at all. Spam, in other words.
