I will explain this is very simple terms for you. "The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord".. Take the word gift- a gift is given. But if when someone hands you a gift and you do not take it, you do not have the gift do you? The people who accept Jesus' gift and asks for forgiveness and turns away from their sin, will go to heaven. Those who refuse to take the free gift of grace will be in hell, because they did not accept it. Does that help, at all?

all people who dies go to hell as hell means grave, not the fiery torment where they suffer. A loving God would not make such (Jeremiah 7:30 onwards).

Because you have to believe in him and be baptized to be saved. We still have free will. We have to choose to follow Christ and the forgiveness is ours.
