i brush my teeth 3 times a day and eevrytime after i eat, but my teeth aren't as white as they should be.....is there any product not to expensive that will whiten them better?

you can buy this at the dollar stores for a buck!
rinse your mouth with about 1/4 cup and hold it in for as long as it bubbles. You can create 'sensitive teeth' by using peroxide as a whitener, because of the caustic action that does the actual whitening. Brushing too vigorously can cause your gums to be very sensitive to peroxide because it attacks blood cells and any other living cells and that can really burn. So use a soft brush, be gentle and then use the peroxide. The effects of it should be almost instant.
PS. this stuff tastes nasty!

Many of the over the counter tooth whitening systems are not very safe. The trays that you put the whitening gel in are "one size fits all" which means the gel can ooze all over and burn your gum tissue. The only over the counter bleaching that I would recommend are the whitestrips. Crest Whitestrips are fine but the Oral B Rembrandt Whitestrips span across a little farther so they whiten more of your front teeth. CVS pharmacy has them for $30.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and

Grab a cap full or hydrogen peroxide and swish it in your mouth for about a minute everyday before or after brushing. It tastes horrible but it works within a few days.
Don't swallow....remember that. And rinse with cold water. You want to do this every other week so it doesn't strip your enamel.

cut out colored drinks -- no tea, no coffee, no sodas, etc. try to drink through a straw to prevent the drink from discoloring your teeth. drink lots of water. my friend used HEB brand teeth whitening kit, and she has beautiful teeth! don't know if it really worked or just started out with white teeth?

the cheapest way is to use
salt
hydrogen peroxide
drink cola,red wine... through a straw
baking soda
lemon
mush strawberries and put on teeth for 2 mins
eating carrots apples or celery
