I walk on speed 2 or 1.5 for 30 minutes everyday. I am not trying to induce labour :)

Wat speed do you run or ran on in the third trimester?

Ask your doctor.

As long as you are comfortable, you should be OK.

My dr told me that walking and running will not do anything to induce labor - the only thing it will do is increase the effectiveness of the contractions once you are already in labor... it can help things move along faster.

If you are not sure, ask your doctor!

Walking can lead to inducing labor, however if your body is used to it then you should be okay. Keep it low impact so as not to stress. Talk to your doctor, but everthing should be fine.

You shouldn't run during pregnancy!!! Read some pregnancy books, talk to your doc, this is not rocket science.
