My Boyfriend and I have been going out for a month. We haven't even kissed yet. I want to, but I don't know if he wants to. I think he does because he keeps looking at my lips when I talk. I don't want to be the first to kiss him, I want him to kiss me. What should I do?

just move in to kiss him he wil kiss you.... dont do it while he is eating or nothing just wait for a time when you feel that it would be a good time to kiss.. if you move in for the kiss he will kiss you....

Just tell him that you want him to kiss you. He may not be sure if you wnat to kiss him, so he's probalby waiting for you to make the first move. So either tell him or do it yourself. Either way, it's bound to work out, and he might even like the fact that you told him and in a way made the first move. Good Luck!

Don't play games. Go with the moment. If he's staring at your lips (the ultimate sign) and you want to kiss, lean forward most of the way, stare at his lips and see if he responds, if not, then I guess he doesn't!

ask him how he feels about kissing and then say to him If I whee to kiss you would that be okay with you.He wants to I'm sure but luckily he is being very respectful and taking it slow which you can be very glad for.
