As only Becky has noticed, your Avatar is female, and you mention marrying a female from the Philippines. If you are a woman, bear in mind that the US govt. does not recognize same sex marriages, so regardless of whatever relationship you work out privately, it will convey no immigration benefit to your "mate." Do her children need passports? Yes, and visas, also.

Many rules changed on Jan 1, 2007 and that is one of them. to board an airplane now everyone is required to have a passport from what my understandings are. Not required for ground or ship travel yet.
Check with your local airlines and see for sure

Yes, they do, everybody needs a passport. A passport isn't very hard to get in the Philippines, but it is worthless without a visa, and that is very, very hard to get.

You should add them to the application, when you apply for the I-129F the children qualify for dependent visas under the Fiance visa.

what? you cannot "marry" a filipina if you are a woman (as your avator shows). that's a legal term that is not granted to same-sex couples in the us.
do her children need passports? yes, if they want to travel into the usa.

Are yougetting married there or is she getting a fiance visa. If you are not married, they cannot legally come here with her. You have to file for them after you get married.

Yes, be sure to add them to the fiance visa application. They'll be able to come with her at the same time.

yes they do need a pass port also you can call immigration your self and asked you need to file a 129f petition for fiance (e) 18003755283 good luck
