Are you kidding? It's Ralston-Purina human chow, with real Italian flavorings added. How can it not be healthy

The Olive Garden is not just all about heavy pastas. They always have unlimited salad and bread sticks, that is healthy and you can even have soup and unlimited salad and bread sticks. Cut out the bread if your doing the low carb thing.
They also have grilled steaks and chops and salmon that are not too bad. They sell mussels as an appetizer you could order that with salad or a double portion to eat as a meal. They have a tilapia that isnt so bad either. Just go look at the menu. Anyone with 1/2 a brain can find something healthy and yummy to eat at that place!

The light items are identified on the menu. However, its not a whole lot- even the salad and breadsticks that come with pretty much every meal are pretty bad for you there. Your best option is probably just to have straight spaghetti and the red marinara sauce and water to drink and thats it.

distinctly diminished. My kin frequently tells me that i appear like cheese (mozzarella). I surely have a variety of pigment that could in basic terms get purple through being on the sunlight.in basic terms through being on the sunlight a tiny bit on a daily basis for multiple months do i'm getting an ok-ish tanner epidermis. however the sunlight is in no way out long sufficient for me to get to that factor. It does not surely count number to me, i like diminished epidermis better besides. the only issue is that my zits/uncertain epidermis is greater sizeable x(

The Salad is GREAT!!! Just ask for the dressing on the side. Also you can really eat anything you want, just do not eat all of it. Portion control is key!! Have fun b/c I love that place.
