This recipe is pretty basic, brown sugar and vinegar is to reduce the game taste of Venison. You can add beef and sausage to this recipe by combining the meats to equal 1 1/2-

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cn (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 md onion, finely chopped
1 c dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 ts salt
1/8 ts pepper
1 1/2 lb ground venison
2 tb packed brown sugar
2 tb spicy brown mustard
2 tb vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, lightly beat eggs; add tomato sauce, onion, crumbs, salt and pepper. Add venison and mix well. Press into ungreased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; pour over meatloaf. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 70 minutes.

Oh yes that sounds good. I tried to make a meatloaf one time and it turned out good except I thought way too greasy. I think the venison would help that problem a great deal. good luck.http://food.yahoo.com/recipes/allrecipes/25203/brown-sugar-meatloaf;_ylt=AkmkqgBaB2Lacddk724i1ZpIY.Y5
It's never easy to get it just like mom used to make.

meatloaf is easy. venison is a very lean meat (no fat) so it is good to mix the three meats. add a egg or 2 some bread crums or crutons. a onion, a little milk, salt and pepper to taste. garnis with slices of green peppers. put in a loaf pan in a oven at 350 degrees for about a hour.

Just use a third of each. Here is my recipe for Salsa Meatloaf, in case you'd like to use it as a starting point.
