Like say for instance if I'm allergic to dust and I dont take any medications for it whatsoever will i die?

you just are miserable that is all. However, if left untreated you could get a sinus infection, which then you would need antibiotics. There are great over the counter meds you can take to relieve the allergies. Talk with a pharmacist at the drug store you go to.

A dust alergy isnt a big problem if left untreated but food alergies (eg. coeliac) should be treated as it can lead to more serious problems (internal organs shutting down)

No you don't die. But you can take something that can help. Ask your doctor.
