Are you talking bankruptcy or surrendering because there is a warrant for your arrest? Either way, you need to contact your attorney. If you need to turn yourself in for an arrest warrant, you can just go to the magistrate's office or the jail in the jurisdiction of the warrant.

there is no motion . just walk into any local police station and say" i surrender for this crime that i have commited"
